Who We Are
SGV Florida is the Florida real estate division of SGV LLC, Ramesh Singh’s Family Office, based in New York City. Tim Edmiston has worked with SGV since the beginning, assuming the larger role of President in 2016. South Florida resident Michael Washington joined in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer.
What We Do
As partners to operators, SGV Florida develops and invests in a variety of real estate holdings: residential—both single family and multifamily, for sale and for rent—commercial, industrial, storage, and land.
We invest in different parts of the capital stack; however, our main focus is equity and preferred equity.
We are directly invested in Florida and New York, and have limited partnership investments across the United States. Our funds often come from 1031 exchanges and fresh capital from operations.
